Thanks to Masterpiece Construction, we love our condo, and are so excited to have this beautiful home! Working with Chris and his crew was a joy. They really listened to want we wanted and offered solutions to our dilemmas. Chris explained the process & other things very well, and really helped us feel more comfortable. We didn’t feel pushed at all, and instead felt they were there to help & guide us. And Chris was always very quick to get back to us if we had any questions.

We did a full remodel. They offered a lot of design ideas, and recommended fixtures & finishes that really took our unit to the Next Level, and stayed within our budget.

We love our wood cabinets that Chris custom built. Not to mention the HUGE solid surface counter-top that they made & installed. And the large seamless under-mount sink makes it super easy for me to clean up after I make a mess.

Their tilework is gorgeous and high quality, and they did great justice to the beautiful tile we chose. The large shower is divine. I love all their natural stone work. It’s so smooth!

They re-did ALL the trim in the unit, and Chris recommended adding baseboards & crown molding. I’m so glad we did. It really adds a homey finished feel, instead of like living in a generic boxy condo.

We HIGHLY recommend Masterpiece Construction to everyone. We will definitely call them again for any future projects.

I am so HAPPY with my brand new condo! Hard to believe it is the same place. I have been checking out all the open houses in the community. I just SMILE when the realtors talk about the major renovations! My vision, combined with Chris' skill, and both of your design experience, have taken my unit to a level far above any other unit and this was done without over spending! Molding on the windows, beautiful. The tile work, I am in love! The base boards Rock! So glad Chris chose the taller base boards! Probably the biggest stand out is the kitchen! Time and care was taken to get rid of the soffit and maximize the cabinet space. It was a lot of work with plumbing, electrical, drywall. The results were so worth it. No one has made the effort in any of the other homes! Taby thank you for fixing the water faucet outside!! My garden and I thank you!!

I have learned a few things:

1. Chris does higher quality work than what is out there.
2. Chris, you are far and above all others when it comes to tile work!
3. Chris you have attention to detail.
4. You are CLEAN and thoughtful.
