Masterpiece Construction & Development was founded on a simple belief: A house and a community can have a heart, and can last generations. In order to do this, we take the time to understand how the community moves, how they live, what they value, and what legacy they will leave behind — all before the pencil hits paper.

We ask: What becomes of it 20 years after the bulldozers are gone? Is it still Thriving and Beautiful? Do our Children Feel safe?

Headquartered in Kamuela on the Big Island, we build and develop across West Hawaii — Kailua-Kona, Waimea and the Kohala Coast — and Maui, with deep roots across the Hawaiian Islands and a new expanding presence in San Antonio, Texas. We bring boutique-level attention to every project — from intimate custom residences to master-planned luxury communities.
